We offer internships in multiple hospitals and clinics across Tanzania, Kenya, India, Nepal, and Indonesia. Each destination offers a different experience based on the local healthcare system. Visit our destination page for a list of specific cities in these countries.

Anyone interested in the healthcare sector can apply as long as you are 18 years or older. This includes students considering a career in healthcare, those currently enrolled in a healthcare-related degree, or professionals already working in the field.

Note: If you’re not currently studying a healthcare degree, your role will primarily be observational rather than hands-on.

The duration of the internship is entirely up to you and your goals. Most internships typically range from 2 to 12 weeks, but we try to accommodate your needs as best as we can.

To get started, simply fill out our enquiry form and one of our consultants will contact you. You can also create an account and log in to our student dashboard to explore programs and start filling out your application.

Note: The dashboard is free to explore for the first two weeks. After that, a one-time registration fee of $400 is required.

That said, the level of hands-on experience you'll receive depends on your background. If you're currently enrolled in a healthcare-related degree or working in the field, you'll likely get more practical, hands-on experience. If you're still exploring healthcare as a career path or not yet enrolled, your internship will be more observation-based, but still a valuable learning opportunity

The mandatory documents are:
  • Passport Copy
  • Proof of Academic Status (if currently enrolled)
  • Resume/CV
  • Visa (if required)
  • Flight Details (to arrange pick-ups)

That said, we understand plans don’t always follow a perfect timeline, if you're applying with shorter notice, we’ll do our best to make it work for you.
