What are Group Trips

Group Trips are a special part of the Electives Global experience. They let you connect with other students heading to the same destination within a similar time frame (+/- 3 days of your dates). You can either join an existing trip or start your own. It’s a great way to make new friends, share your journey, and feel more confident before you even arrive. Once you're part of a group, you can start chatting with your group mates, plan together, and get excited as a team. It’s all about sharing the experience from the very beginning. Group Trips also come with a fun bonus, a shared Group Pot. Each time someone joins your group, a bit of money goes into this pot. Together, you can decide how to use it. Donate supplies to the local host community, plan a group activity, or split it among yourselves, the choice is yours!
